Booking your appointment
All three bars — Brickell, Midtown, and Downtown — share one online scheduler; the Book button at the top of every page takes you straight to it. Choose your location, your treatment, and the time that fits. Booking online is the only way to guarantee a specific artist and chair.
Arriving for your visit
Please arrive a few minutes before your start time. Consultations happen chairside: your artist maps your brow or lash shape and confirms the plan with you before the treatment begins, so the full appointment fits its booked window.
Rescheduling and cancellations
Plans change — manage your appointment through the same booking link you reserved with, or call your bar directly using the phone numbers on our locations pages, and we’ll find you a new time.
Sensitivities and patch tests
Tinting, lamination, and lash lifts use products formulated for brows and lashes, applied by trained professionals. If you’ve ever reacted to wax, dye, or perming solutions, tell us when you book — our team will consult with you before the appointment.
